Adria Dukich
PRESIDENT
The heart of the operation. Adria brings over 20 years of working as a bartender at local music venues. Her ability to connect with and foster relationships has been felt by everyone that walks into an establishment she works at and calls home. Her 13 years of working at and managing the bar at the Conor Byrne Pub provides an unparalleled smooth transition for a business venture such as this. She brings stability, industry experience and thousands of connections and heart felt hugs that began at the Byrne. She is the essence of the community we strive to create.

Dan Sodomka
TREASURER & STRATEGIC VISION
The vision of the operation. Dan brings 15 years of retail leadership, management, business and marketing expertise and 10 years of multi unit management of brick and mortar retail locations that has and will continue to guide our vision towards a bright, successful and cooperative future. Dan is a successful Seattle small business owner, local songwriter and musician, and a Conor Byrne employee since 2020. He brings board experience through being a founder and president of the board for Hobby Tree, a 501(c)3 non profit. Above all else, Dan is a dedicated father and friend. He brings his infectious care and love to the table, that is impossible not to feel.

Maria Rocco
SECRETARY & OPERATIONS
The dream enabler of the operation. Maria has a background in Aerospace Engineering and Ecology & Evolutionary Biology and uses her diverse perspective to foster inter-personal dynamics built on a foundation of care. She brings 8 years of program management and engineering in the highly detailed oriented industries of aerospace and robotics. Maria has managed interdisciplinary teams of finance, legal, trade strategy, and technical developers to deliver SW products. Her operational and tactical skillset will guide this dream to become a reality. She leads with love and respect and the unyielding belief in the importance and need for community.

Erika Lundahl
Erika Lundahl (she/they) is the deputy director of Braided River, an arts and conservation multimedia nonprofit based in Seattle. She also serves as board co-chair of Salish Sea Cooperative Finance—a social justice financing cooperative founded in 2015. She has 10 years of experience driving creative communications, fundraising and investment campaigns in the conservation and environmental justice sector. She has experience as a journalist, publicist, writer, media developer, event planner, and exhibit content creator. She has a BA in writing with a minor in music from Ithaca College. She is also a passionate singer-songwriter, a supporter of Seattle’s local music scene and committed to artist empowerment and community ownership.

Leigh Bezezekoff
Leigh Bezezekoff is the Marketing & Ticketing Manager at the Tractor Tavern & Conor Byrne Pub. She got her start as a DJ assistant on KEXP and managing emerging artists before moving into Festival & Event production with Bumbershoot, Macefield, and Freakout Festival. During the COVID lockdown, she turned to advocacy and became a founding member of the Washington Nightlife Music Association (WANMA) and Keep Music Live WA which raised over $1 million to help independent venues in Washington State. She is currently a board member for Freakout Music Festival as well as the Vice-President at WANMA, and is part of the core team of music industry professionals who are participating in Washington State’s Innovation Cluster pilot program which is aiming to accelerate economic development in the music industry.

Andi Scher
Andi Scher (she/her) is the Co-Owner & Managing Director of Mix Licensing Group, a boutique brand licensing agency that has been instrumental in negotiating and building multi-million dollar brand partnerships between consumer products manufacturers and major entertainment studios, sports leagues, celebrities, brand agencies, and other intellectual property holders. With the shared goal of creating products that tell stories, Andi has also consulted for production companies, inventors, manufacturers, and small business owners to develop brand strategies, style guides, packaging guides, websites, press releases, digital content, and other marketing materials. As a creator and musician first, you may find her rocking Seattle stages with her band Her Mountain Majesty or collaborating with other local musicians such as Inland Seaway, Erika Lundahl, Mountain Holler, and others.

Mark Quinn
Mark Quinn is a trained builder, designer and artist. Mark spent fourteen years as a Project Lead on over forty museum projects including The Gateway Arch Museum in St. Louis and The Burke Museum while employed at Pacific Studio. He has spent years envisioning and reimagining spaces for all that they could become and managed these projects to make the vision become a reality. Mark currently works as a Talent Booker at The Rabbit Box, an up and coming intimate music venue in Pike Place Market and tends bar at Conor Byrne.

Brian Connor
Brian Connor (he/him) is a software engineer with backgrounds in education and music production. During the 10 years he spent working at the Boston Day and Evening Academy, an alternative high school in Roxbury Massachussetts, he codesigned a student information platform, which was awarded a generous "Force for Change" grant from Salesforce, to meet the unique needs of the school and make a complex job more sustainable. He is committed to using tech in a way that makes the mundane stuff of life easier, so people have more time to connect away from their screens. You might have seen Brian playing guitar around town with Larsen Gardens or Cooper Stoulil, or his solo project, The Winding Down.
